These terms apply to your use of gumsprout.com and any purchase from Rooy Development (“Gumsprout”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a US shipping address to purchase from us.

Our products

Gumsprout Dental Chewables are a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They don’t replace brushing, flossing or regular dental care. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Our product contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs, so keep it away from pets. Individual results vary, and customer reviews reflect individual experiences.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is mispriced or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full. Strikethrough prices reflect our standard retail price.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree that:

• Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule shown at checkout (every 1, 3 or 5 months, depending on your bundle), and we charge your payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, at each renewal until you cancel.
• We’ll email you a reminder before each renewal.
• You can skip, change or cancel anytime online from Manage Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for it.
• If we change your subscription price, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Mystery gift and store credit

Qualifying orders include a mystery gift worth $20, delivered as store credit and revealed by email after your order ships. Unless stated otherwise, store credit can be applied to a future order of $40 or more, is valid for 12 months, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable. Gifts and credit linked to a refunded or cancelled order are void.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and illustrations, belongs to Gumsprout or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gumsprout is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law
